This home is one of four that we are donating to low income families this year. It now belongs to Dewmini and Sugath, a young couple with a baby on the way. My heart is overjoyed to think of the peace and security they will now feel. As parents, their deepest concern is now their child, and although Mother’s Day is not usually celebrated in Sri Lanka, I can’t think of a better gift for this young mother than a reassured mind, that will surely be felt by her child.
