New Year Blessings with Bhante Sujatha, Soundbath, and Energy Healing

The new year is a time for healing, setting intentions, letting go of what is no longer serving us, and clearing the way for unconditional love from ourselves and others.

Join Bhante Sujatha, The Loving-Kindness monk, this new year season for an unforgettable experience to initiate your new year with commitment and determination.

A blessing ceremony is a mindful intention to contact and share that which is good, particularly in a divine sense. Our practice will include connecting with the force of goodness inside each of us and then inviting this ‘energy’ into a particular situation to help the whole world.

This program begins with a brief, inspiring talk by Bhante Sujatha on the benefits of creating, refreshing, and establishing a sturdy meditation practice in our lives in order to support the goals we set to be our best self, followed by a guided meditation.

Bhante will chant the Ratana Sutra, a 2,600-year-old Buddhist chant describing a wish for world-wide good health, healing, and blessings.

Join Bhante Sujatha and joyful friends as we come together as a spiritual community to experience the healing power of unconditional love and to receive well-wishes as you practice nobility and peace in this life.

Proceeds from a portion of the event will go to Bhante’s pregnant mothers and Incubator Project in Sri Lanka

Book signing and “Choose Loving Kindness” items will be available for purchase after the event.

During this event there will be a crystal bowl soundbath with Penny Bailey and energy healing with Denise Knutson. Where you have the ability to lay down, relax, and go into a deep mediative state and allow your body to release and let go of emotional blocks and energy blocks bringing you back to a state of oneness with yourself. This sound meditation is truly an amazing experience for the body, mind, and soul. While you are laying down and relaxing, the sounds and frequencies of the crystal bowls will be vibrating through your body, allowing you to let go of energy blockages. This unique experience is something that will resonate within you long after the event is over.

Starting event time is prompt. So please arrive 10 -15 minutes prior to get settled in.
