These meditations are powerful, yet accessible. They will help you create a consistent practice so that you can experience the full benefits of meditation for yourself. We call this a “challenge” in order to increase your dedication to your practice!
It doesn’t matter if you’re new to meditation or a seasoned pro, you’ll find these guided meditation will help you stay focused, happy, and healthy. They’re also designed to help you create a consistent routine, as most people find it helpful to participate in guided meditations, especially when they are first starting to practice.
Each day Bhante will bring you a life theme for the 30 minute meditation.
***THIS IS A ONE TIME PAYMENT OF $45 FOR ALL 7 DAYS***
Dates: 10/21, 10/22, 10/23, 10/24, 10/25, 10/26, and 10/27*
from 8:30 PM to 9:00 PM CST.
*On Sunday, October 27th, we will have a 30 minute meditation, and 30 minute reflection and conversation from 8:00 – 9:00 PM CST.
PLEASE NOTE:
The last day to register is October 21st, at 7:30PM.
The Zoom link, meeting ID, and passcode will not change throughout the challenge.
