Thanks to the success of the 2011 donation of an incubator to Peradeniya Teaching Hospital so much interest followed that Bhante Sujatha inquired from the hospital directors what might be of need to them.  As it happened, they requested an additional incubator!

Bhante and his students stepped up to the challenge and not only was another incubator donated but the students at the Lotus Moon Meditation Center in Las Vegas offered knitted baby hats and clothes to be donated to the expectant mothers in the maternity ward.  On the day of the donation, a special chanting was performed for the mothers and each in the ward was presented with hats, clothes, and a nutritious snack.
