DESCRIPTION:Dear Friends\, \nEvery year I am blessed with the chance to visit Miami to meet my friends\, make new ones\, and to share the Dhamma of the Buddha including the teachings of loving-kindness as I have understood them through my life experiences. \nFor all my friends who are planning to meet me\, I look forward to seeing you soon and know we will have memorable experiences together. I also want to inspire you to think about introducing the practice and workshops to your friends and families who may have never tried meditation before. Of all the gifts we give to each other\, the chance to be together and develop our well-being and mindfulness is potentially life changing and priceless. \nIf I see you or not\, please continue your practice and to take care of yourself. Mindfulness is something that doesn’t require religion or belief\, but it does require an open mind\, diligent attention\, and daily practice. Do these\, and you will find that you are the key to your well-being\, and that your greatest support is your practice. \nSomething new! My teams has found that many people are interested in hosting an event\, scheduling one on one time with me\, or creating an inventive occasion\, but don’t know how to get started. DESCRIPTION:Join us on Friday mornings for our community weekly Sunrise Sound Healing experience. We meet down by the water between 2nd & 3rd street. We start at 7:30am and end at 8:30am. Bring a blanket to lay on and a towel and bathing suit for a swim in the ocean after the session (highly recommended). This is a donation based class.
