DESCRIPTION:*This workshop is on Zoom only*\nPreparing for a New Year:\nBhante Sujatha will be joining us via Zoom to help provide guidance and setting realistic goals for ourselves for 2023. With so much going on in our lives\, this hour workshop will provide you with time to care for yourself and your mind. In a world filled with distractions and difficulties\, it is important to learn how to invite a new way of thinking into our daily lives.\nThe benefits of this beautiful workshop include:\n• Reduced stress\, anxiety\, worry\, and depression;\n• Healing and enhancing relationships with others;\n• Gaining a sense of empowerment over challenging issues in your life;\n• Insights into your life’s purpose;\n• Awakening to the blessings of the present moment;\n• Attaining unshakable inner peace.\nThe fee is $30. The proceeds of this hour workshop go to the Mother and Infant hospitals that Bhante Sujatha works with in Sri Lanka to help them with funding that they are in constant need of due to the economy. Equipment such as incubators and ultrasound machines are scarce and Bhante hopes to be of great service to them.\nThis workshop is entirely on Zoom. Link will be emailed to you one hour prior to the start of class. This will be a great way to kick off the new year!
