SUMMARY:Half Day Retreat at Blue Lotus Temple with Bhante Sujatha
DESCRIPTION:Most of us are living busy\, distracted lives much of the time\, overwhelmed with work\, family\, and other issues. Especially in this uncertain time and with covid still very present in our lives – we are so distracted. We have no time to think about how we feel or how we are doing in our inner lives. As a result\, we have become robotic in many ways and are losing our health and mental well-being. We cannot focus or concentrate\, so we become sad or mad\, and become anxious or angry easily and often. Bhante Sujatha will help us find our inner Buddha nature for developing inner peace\, happiness\, contentment\, and joy.\nIn this retreat we will have group sutta and dharma discussions and activities. This is a very rare opportunity for everyone. Bhante Sujatha travels all around the world\, but he often wants to spend quality time with Blue Lotus Family. Now is the time!\nFrom 10AM to 2PM we will be practicing loving kindness meditation\, talking about the Dharma and we will have coffee and tea available. There will be a short break for lunch which we ask for you to bring.\nThe cost is $50 which will help Bhante Sujatha with his charity projects in Sri Lanka. We are grateful that he is taking the time to be at his home temple to lead this workshop for the Sangha!
